10th Slovenian conference on graph theory

The Slovenian Conference on Graph Theory, also known as "the Bled Conference", has returned in its 10th edition in June 2023. This time we met again in Kranjska Gora. The conference format remained essentially the same as in the last few incarnations, with distinguished plenary speakers, specialized minisymposia, and contributed talks in the general section.

We would like to thank all of the 336 participants for coming and participating at the 10th Slovenian Conference on Graph Theory. To the best of our knowledge, this conference has grown into the world's largest scientific event dedicated to graph theory!

Location

The 10th Slovenian International Conference on Graph Theory will take place in Kranjska Gora, a beautiful vacation resort in the Julian Alps in northern Slovenia. The conference will be hosted in the comfortable Hotel Ramada and Hotel Kompas which are 50 meters apart and will both host lectures. Approximate location: on Google Maps or in a PDF.

Accommodation

Special rates for the participants of the conference have been negotiated for the Hotel Ramada and the Hotel Kompas. These hotels will also serve as the conference venue.

Hotel Ramada and Hotel Kompas are holding a limited number of rooms for a reduced price of 90 EUR per person per night (including breakfast and a buffet dinner) for single occupancy. The rate is 70 EUR if you share the room with a colleague or an accompanying person. The price of an additional meal (lunch) is 22 EUR. The rooms should be reserved no later than May 12th. The accommodation for registered participants can be reserved using this link. Any other inquiries should be made directly with the hotels.

UPDATE: All the conference hotels are fully booked. Thus we kindly ask you to find appropriate accommodation by yourself. Before selecting it, we suggest double checking on Google Maps that it is within walking distance from the conference venue. Generally speaking, anywhere in Kranjska Gora is close enough, but staying at the surrounding villages/towns might be too far.

Talks

At the conference, talks will be delivered in both general sessions and minisymposia. Contributed talks in both categories will be 20 minutes in length and invited talks in minisymposia allotted 30 minutes. Plenary talks will be 50 minutes in length.

Fees

If paid after May 5, 2023:

Regular fee: 380 EUR*
Reduced fee for students and retired professors: 260 EUR*

Payment will be possible by bank transfer or by credit card.

Visa information

Nationals of some countries might need a visa to enter Slovenia. More information can be found at the web page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Note that it is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa. The organisers can provide a confirmation of acceptance upon request.
